Repot or no?!

Only repotted maybe 4-6 months ago, has since well outgrown the coir pole. I have some sphagnum moss to make a new pole but unsure if I should repot at the same time as the plant is now looking too big in this pot 🫠

Alternatively I can put in a new pole now and wait until after winter (in Aus so that would be after September) to repot, or longer if it's happy. I don't want to stress it out repotting so soon if it seems unnecessary!!!
